Invoicing, tariffs and delivery
Each order placed in this website will have an appropriate invoice that will contain, among others: name and surname of the recipient, delivery address of the recipient, the price of the ordered products, the price of the courier. This document will be sent electronically to the email address from which the order was issued.
Orders over 400 RON will receive free delivery, as long as it will be in Romania.
For each order, the prices will contain VAT of 5% related to the sale of the book and 19% related to any other related products (print on canvas).
Regarding delivery costs, they will be calculated for each individual order, depending on the value of the ordered products and the destination address of the package. Under these conditions, for placing an order with delivery in Romania by courier, the price may vary, starting from 15 RON, VAT included; delivery time can vary between one day of delivery and 3 days of delivery, taking into account working days. All deliveries will be made by contacting the recipient and the signature of receipt by courier; If this contact does not take place, there may be delays in the usual delivery times.
If non-existent products are ordered, the unavailability will be announced and following in agreement with the beneficiary, either all available products will be delivered, the unavailable product will be added upon return to stock, or wait for delivery stock and delivery of the entire order.
Payment of orders is made either by courier by cash on delivery or by bank transfer based on the invoice issued. These issues will be decided together with the person issuing the order.
For orders outside Romania, the transport costs are automatically added depending on the destination country, weight and product category, payment being possible only by bank transfer. Also, no partial deliveries are made, regardless of the status of the ordered products: we will wait to have the full order to ship the package.
For the eBook bought secure from the publishing house’s website, the payment will be made directly under their specific Terms and conditions and Confidentiality Agreements, available on the website where www.glasvand.com will redirect for purchasing.
Product return
According to the legislation in force on consumer rights, you have the right to return the shipment within 14 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, are in the possession of the products.
We will refund any amount we have received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs due to the fact that you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest standard type of delivery we offer, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to refund the package. We will make this refund using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another refund method; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such a refund. We can defer the refund until the date we receive the products back.
Ship the products or hand them directly to us, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you notified us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the products are returned before the expiration of the 14-day period, with proof.
You will have to pay the direct cost of returning the products, and your responsibility will only be to reduce the value of the products resulting from handling, other than those necessary to determine the nature, qualities and operation of the products.
